Your Job

• You dive deep into the world of JDA/BY WMS (Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System), utilizing your robust domain knowledge to deliver BY solutions that align with customer’s needs.
• You’ll work closely with site supervisors to gather requirements for change requests, design functional and technical specifications, develop solutions in MOCA, and deploy them to PROD.
• When recurring issues pop up, you’ll be on the case, identifying the root causes, offering appropriate fixes, and suggesting workarounds when needed.
• You act as the bridge between your team and Blue Yonder, attending crucial meetings.
• Moreover, you’re always ready to lend a hand to your team members when they’re dealing with critical or high-priority issues. It’s a hands-on, problem-solving role, and you’re at the center of making things work smoothly.
