5+ years of experience of working as a solution architect on Kinaxis Rapid Response
Should have performed end-to-end implementation and led solutioning of a workstream or multiple workstreams such as demand planning, supply planning, supply chain and operations
Experience across industries such as Life Sciences, Auto, Consumer Packaged Goods, is preferred
Must have performed end-to-end implementation as Solution Consultant.
Client-facing experience is preferred

Your Job
As a key contributor, your role involves:
- Collaborating with clients as a consulting professional to design, build, and implement solutions, enhancing business performance in supply chain management.
- Engaging in supply chain planning business processes, comprehensively addressing client needs.
- Designing solutions by leveraging the inherent and configurable capabilities of Kinaxis RapidResponse, aligning with client requirements.
- Defining project requirements, creating project plans, and developing solution designs for effective implementation.
- Providing accurate estimates to project managers for complex work and resource requirements.
- Developing test scripts for configuration testing, crafting user manuals, and conducting user training on the solution’s capabilities.
- Delivering final solution components to customers in accordance with the design.
- Actively participating in customer liaison activities to ensure project success.
- Drafting client proposals, establishing objectives, and formulating action plans for seamless project execution.
