Your Job
- Bring at least 6 years of SAP ABAP experience, with functional knowledge in SD, MM, and FI.
- Demonstrate proficiency in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and hands-on experience in ALV Reports, Classical and Interactive forms, BDC, BAPI, Module Pool Programming, Enhancements Frameworks, and Debugging.
- Utilize modularization techniques like Functions Module, Macros, Subroutines, and Includes, along with a strong grasp of Data Dictionary (DDIC) objects.
- Apply expertise in Forms, including Smartforms and Adobe forms, and handle Data Migration using BDC (Batch Data Communication) and BAPI.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Enhancements types such as Implicit, Explicit, User exit, Customer exit, and BADI.
- Utilize ABAP Debugging Performance Tools, Short Dumps, SQL trace, and SLIN. Knowledge of OOABAP, CDS Views, and AMDP is beneficial.
- Act as a technical expert, swiftly identifying and resolving application issues, and providing detailed development plans and accurate estimates.
- Transform business function requirements into technical program specifications, ensuring effective coding, testing, and debugging.
- Engage in performance tuning activities, improving efficiency across multiple functions and mentoring junior developer resources.
- Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives, demonstrating HANA exposure, strong communication skills, and analytical prowess.
- Multitask effectively, managing multiple deliverables concurrently, and ensure seamless integration system activities meeting SLAs.
- Undertake operational support, working during change windows, and offering on-call support as needed by the team.
