Your Job

As a Transport NOC Engineer, you should have a strong understanding of SONET, SDH, and DWDM networks.
Get ready to work with a variety of equipment, including Fujitsu (FW7420, 7120, 4500, 4100), Infinera (DTNX, DTC, ATC, MTC, TNX, G30/40, TNM/Transmode), and Ciena (6500, 5200, 4200, 3500, CPL, Wave server 5, RLS) – formerly known as Cyan (Z77, Z33, Z22).

A key aspect of your role is being part of the NOC Operation Team, where you’ll manage day-to-day network operations.
When it comes to customer escalations, you’ll be in charge of ensuring a smooth resolution. This role is both influential and crucial, placing you at the forefront.
