Your Job
As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from target screening and synergy assessment to due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions.
- Cost Transformation: Identifying strategic cost take-out opportunities and driving business transformation initiatives.
- Operating Model: Collaborating with CEOs to design future-proof operating models that embrace the future of work, workforce, and workplace, incorporating transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics.
- Growth, Pricing, and Corporate Strategy: Accelerating measurable and sustained growth for clients using data-driven capabilities from strategy development to execution.
- Sustainability & Responsible Business: Collaborating with ecosystem partners to help clients achieve their sustainability goals through digital transformation.
