Capabilities

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness)
  • Techno-functional experience in the successful delivery of HCM Systems implementation (SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, Taleo) or other cloud solutions is a plus
  • Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies

Qualifications

MBA from Tier 1 institute/Master’s degree

Your Job

As a Change Management Consultant, your role involves:
  • Discovering stakeholders’ challenges and defining Change Management strategies for business transformation.
  • Utilizing social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
  • Assisting clients in developing change capabilities and fostering agile businesses.
  • Co-creating solutions, conducting user reviews, and running stakeholder agreement meetings.
  • Performing Change Management Impact Analysis and developing treatment plans.
  • Implementing strategies to prepare organizations for new business processes.
  • Supporting Change Measurement activities using Change Readiness tools.
  • Collaborating with the HR Transformation team to implement HR Systems like Success Factors and Workday.
  • Working in a dynamic, international team with English as the common language.
  • Collaborating with industry experts, coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Contributing to practice-building efforts, including recruiting, training, and community events.
  • Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change.
