Overview:

As the Chief of Staff at Cognitud you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth, shape its culture, and work closely with the leadership team to drive success. This role is ideal for a proactive, versatile, and highly motivated individual who thrives in a challenging and evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop, refine, and execute the company’s strategic plan.
  • Monitor progress toward strategic goals and identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
  • Oversee and manage key company initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time & within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments within the company and outside the company, fostering clear communication and alignment.
  • Schedule and organize leadership team meetings, ensuring that agendas are set, and follow-ups are tracked.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of key personnel as the company grows
  • Develop and implement professional development programs to nurture talent within the organization.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the leadership team and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential strategic partners, clients, and opportunities for business development.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and mission.
  • Organize team-building activities and events to foster camaraderie and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership or strategic role within a consulting or start-up environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using various software tools, including project management software and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
